SHIPPING POLICY

  • Processing times is 2-3 days business days. (Monday - Friday)
  • Shipping takes 3-5 business days via USPS.(Monday - Friday)
  •   All products are shipped via USPS. Once your order departs Crezt Monarch LLC, USPS is responsible for the delivery of order. Therefore, any shipment issues that occur after you have been provided a tracking number should be taken up with USPS. 

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

At this time, we do not facilitate refunds, exchanges or returns. We make every effort to provide accurate sizing charts and detailed item descriptions to assist you in your purchase decision. Please be aware that all sales are considered final.
